Care Instructions for Elastic Harnesses
To keep your harness looking great, we recommend hand washing it in water no warmer than 30°C. Machine washing may cause damage to the delicate elastics and hardware.
For washing, avoid detergents with bleach, especially for colored harnesses, as it can alter the color.
The delicate elastics and hardware aren’t suited for prolonged water exposure, but it’s perfectly fine to gently wash the harness when needed. Just avoid wearing it in situations like swimming etc to keep it in the best condition.
These delicate materials don’t need frequent washing—only clean them if necessary or after wearing for an extended period.
When drying, lay your harness flat on a clean surface away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Let it air-dry at room temperature—avoid wringing it out or using a dryer, as this can affect the shape and elasticity.
Care Instructions for Lace/Mesh Lingerie
Lace and mesh lingerie requires gentle care to maintain its softness and shape. Hand wash in cool water (up to 30°C / 86°F) with a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can damage the delicate fibers over time.
After washing, gently press out any excess water—do not wring or twist the fabric. Lay the lingerie flat on a clean, dry towel or surface to air-dry, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. The dryer can be too harsh for these delicate materials, so always let them dry naturally at room temperature.
To prevent snags or tangling, consider using a mesh laundry bag if washing with other garments. Handwashing is recommended to ensure the longevity of the fabric and its intricate details.
Care Instructions for Corsets
Corsets are crafted to provide structure and support, so proper care is essential to maintain their shape and durability. Always hand wash your corset in cool water (max 30°C / 86°F) with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric and the boning.
After washing, gently press out excess water—never wring or twist the corset. Lay it flat or hang it to dry, away from direct sunlight, as heat can weaken the fabric and affect the fit. Always air-dry at room temperature, and avoid using a dryer to preserve the integrity of the material.
For storage, fasten the corset and store it in a cool, dry place. If you need to remove wrinkles, use a steamer or iron on a low heat setting, but avoid direct contact with the fabric to prevent damage.
